Add some fun to your day and learn to bid more accurately with a series of bridge lessons from NABC champion and ABTA master teacher, Kevin Wilson. This is an intermediate-level bidding course designed to help you get to the right contract. The lessons will be presented on BBO & Zoom. You will get access to four classes over consecutive weeks, a short write-up of examples, and video replays to watch/rewatch whenever you like for a year.

My Traffic Light Approach to Bidding a Bridge Hand – Immediately upon sorting your cards, you put yourself into one of three categories. Then you choose bids which fit your category. You will learn about predicting the level of the contract (part-score, game, or slam) as quickly as possible.

More Traffic Light Practice and Bidding Basics – Each bid has both a distributional component and a strength component. Get comfortable with the strength component of bids and how to translate to the traffic light approach.

Opener’s Descriptive Rebids in Minor Suit Auctions – This class focuses on opener’s rebids and quickly narrowing your high card point range as opener. Opener will learn to bid with a game forcing and game-invitational hand.
Wednesday April 15th from 9:00 AM - 9:50 AM EDT (GMT-4)
Responder’s Descriptive Rebids in Minor Suit Auctions – Responder is the player responsible for setting the level of the contract in most bridge hands. Learn your choices based on your category and on opener’s rebids.
One payment of $40 will get you access to all four lessons
You will receive a confirmation email and instructions for day of the event access. I must have your name, email address, and BBO name to ensure your access to these special events.
