Aggressive Defense – An aggressive defense is one which tries to get tricks quickly and will often risk giving away a trick(s) on the opening lead to get what is possible quickly.  Learn when to adopt an aggressive defense and how to do it before the opening lead is made.  
 
 
Passive Defense – A passive defense is the opposite of an aggressive defense.  The goal is to make the declarer break every suit and to force the declarer into as many guesses as possible.  Learn when to adopt this defensive strategy.
 
 
Leading and Drawing Trump on Defense – Some situations call for a trump lead and others may call for a trump switch immediately after dummy is faced.  Learn the specific situations to lead trump and to continue playing them.
                                                             
 
The Forcing Defense – Learn when to try and hijack control of the trump suit away from the declarer.  The class gives you the hallmarks and pitfalls of the technique so that you can recognize when to employ this devastating tactic.
