3rd hand Play – The third hand player is typically the “traffic cop” for the defense.  Learn to adopt this persona and how to direct the flow of the play.  This session will also cover understanding and using the Rule of 11 on defense.
 
 
More 3rd Hand Play – The differences between the defender who leads to a trick and the third hand player will be covered.  Understanding these unique card-play differences is a key to defending better.
 
 
Finessing the Dummy – Two simple and easy to learn rules for helping the defense get the most tricks when dummy has an honor and the third-hand player has a choice of plays. 
 
 
Transportation on Defense – There are rules and ideas for returning partner’s suit and this will help you know who has what and how to defend.  This session also covers signaling an entry to partner so that your partner can get to your hand.
